BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Salisbury, NC.
About the Role- Provide palliative care to clients in their homes, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
- Work as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team, collaborating with other professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Perform home visits, administer medication, provide wound care, and execute doctors' orders as necessary.
- Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NC.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
