BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Salisbury, North Carolina.

BAYADA Hospice is looking for a skilled and empathetic Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide palliative care to clients in their homes. As a member of our multi-disciplinary health care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities for a Per Diem RN include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and support to clients in their homes.
  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications for a Per Diem RN include:

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NC.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
