Job Summary

As a Production Supervisor at AMMEGA, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production department. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and direct a team of production employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet business objectives
  • Supervise and coach production employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage and control production costs and inventory
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or operations role
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
