We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at MyCaretersFuture. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Commercial teams in various aspects of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Commercial teams in quote creation and sample requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Validate new customer sign-up requests from Sales/Customer Service teams to ensure compliance with local trade and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the submission of tenders and relevant documents on behalf of Sales/Commercial teams, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Manage demo inventory and coordinate the timely delivery of demo assets to support sales efforts.
- Support the processing of purchase requisitions from 3rd party vendors/suppliers, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Respond promptly to Sales/Commercial inquiries sent to the Sales Support Team mailbox, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist in the onboarding of new dealers and agreements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements
- Minimum N/O/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order processing/sales support.
- Minimum experience in handling either SAP and Salesforce or handling government tenders/ITQs like Ariba, Sesami, or Gebiz.
