Job Description

  • Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families facing life-limiting illnesses.
  • Advocate for patients and collaborate with the hospice care team to ensure quality care during after-hours shifts.
  • Serve as the patient advocate, ensuring every patient receives the quality care they deserve.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
