Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our award-winning culinary team at The Mather in Tysons. As a Server, you will provide outstanding culinary experiences at our multiple in-house restaurants within our luxury senior living residence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
