Optical Expert

Job Summary:

As an Optical Expert at LUXOTTICA OF AMERICA INC, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on eyewear and vision care. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your knowledge of optical products and services to make recommendations and provide solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

* Welcome and serve customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Conduct eye exams and dispense glasses and contact lenses
* Provide expert advice on eyewear and vision care
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies
* Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* State licensure as an optician
* 1-2 years of experience in the optical industry
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
