Pediatric Home Healthcare Nurse: Full Time/Part Time Nights

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document patient progress accurately and thoroughly.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the patient's physician.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide health education and training to patients and their families to promote healthy habits and disease prevention.
- Current, unencumbered LVN license in the state where you will be practicing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to provide in-home nursing care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric patients.
- Prior experience in pediatric care is preferred, but not required. We offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
