We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an IV Therapy Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission to transform healthcare.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to patients requiring IV therapy, including insertion and management of PICC lines and midline catheters.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Direct and oversee the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
- Effectively coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
- AHA BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
- BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
- 6+ months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
