We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee two communities in the Santa Rosa, CA area. This is a Full-Time, Hourly position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, offering comprehensive benefits.
COMPENSATION:
The pay rate is $26.00 per hour, with 100% housing included.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
You should have a solid understanding and the ability to perform professional-level maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, HVAC systems, and general construction.
Proficiency in using basic tools such as paint brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, solvents, and cleaners, as well as power tools like snakes, jack hammers, electrical testing devices, grinders, drills, saws, and motorized vehicles is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with a genuine passion for assisting others. Flexibility in scheduling and participation in an on-call rotation is required. A valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance are mandatory.
