Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro/Ortho/Post Op Medical/Surgical unit at i4 Search Group Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our nationally recognized orthopedic surgeons to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with a wide range of Neuro/Ortho/Post Op Medical/Surgical diagnoses, including cardiac, respiratory, gastroenterology, renal disease, neuro, endocrine, behavioral health, and general surgery patients.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary care team to coordinate evidence-based care and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation and cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamic management.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an RN in a clinical setting.
  • Active RN license within the State of practice.
  • Current certifications (variable depending on the facility).
  • Proficiency in cardiology nursing procedures and skills, including cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation.
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, hemodynamic, and rhythm interpretation preferred.
  • Available to work 12-hour day and night shifts.
