Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $16.50-$17.50 per hour, which is competitive in the entertainment industry. As a Lane Server with Bowlero Corp, you'll also enjoy performance-based incentives, free bowling, $1 arcade play, 20% off events, and 50% off food & beverages.

Job Description

We're looking for world-class ambassadors to join our team of Lane Servers As a Lane Server, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking, delivering, and closing out food and beverage orders
  • Learning our menu, promotions, and specials and relaying them to our guests
  • Checking back with guests routinely to ensure their needs are met
  • Assisting guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Helping keep the center clean and organized
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An HS Diploma (optional)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide great guest service
  • A commitment to meeting the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
Work Environment & Physical Demands

This position requires standing, walking, and lifting objects with some assistance in a typical entertainment center environment.
