Key Responsibilities:
As a leader, you will implement strategies and initiatives that enhance productivity and drive sales performance, thereby improving the branch's financial outcomes. Your role will involve:
  • Strengthening existing customer relationships and cultivating new ones through a needs-based approach.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide a comprehensive range of products and services to clients.
  • Coaching and mentoring branch staff, while nurturing a positive and inclusive workplace culture focused on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Championing change initiatives that benefit both colleagues and customers.
  • Managing risk by directing and overseeing bank operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and compliance regulations.
  • Delegating tasks to team members to achieve branch objectives effectively.
  • Monitoring and guiding the delivery of exceptional customer service to meet established service targets.

Additional Responsibilities:
This role also entails:
  • Leading daily branch operations and supervising staff to meet key performance indicators.
  • Ensuring optimal staffing and scheduling to fulfill customer service and operational goals.
  • Partnering with leadership to set clear, measurable sales, service, and financial objectives, along with actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through the development of prospects and maintaining excellent service for existing clients.
  • Providing timely feedback on performance and compliance issues, ensuring strict adherence to company policies.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing branch personnel.
  • Overseeing onboarding processes to ensure high engagement and development of new hires.
  • Actively participating in community initiatives that reflect positively on Associated Bank and encourage colleague involvement to enhance diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:
Education:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership and/or supervisory experience. Required
  • 3-5 years of progressive responsibility within a financial institution to acquire the necessary skills for branch management and effective colleague and customer relations. Required
  • 2-4 years of sales experience. Required
