Position: RN Supervisor

Job Type: Full Time Unit Manager Dayshift (Monday to Friday with weekend on-call rotation)
Part-time Weekend Supervisor: 7 AM - 7 PM Saturday and Sunday

Incentives: Sign-on Bonus up to $12,000 for full-time supervisors and $6,000 for part-time supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide the clinical team in providing high-quality care.
  • Conduct rounds with physicians as needed to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the medical team.
  • Review and assess care plans daily to ensure appropriate care delivery.
  • Monitor residents' health conditions and report findings as necessary.
  • Engage in special projects and additional duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for wound care, quality improvement, and clinical oversight.
Qualifications:
  • Current, unencumbered, active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
  • Valid CPR/BLS Certification.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of nursing experience.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience in a nursing care facility, hospital, or similar healthcare environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Completion of the Primary Series of the COVID Vaccination Required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption).
