As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the initial point of contact for all clients bringing their vehicles in for maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process in a seamless and professional manner. This begins with a thorough vehicle inspection, collecting necessary vehicle details, and attentively listening to the customer’s concerns to accurately assess the situation.
Requirements for the Automotive Customer Service Consultant position:• Valid driver's license
• Experience in vehicle repair or service is preferred
