Salary

$45,000 - $70,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Description

As a Multimedia Account Executive at Gray Television, you will be responsible for developing and selling creative marketing solutions across our digital platforms. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing strategies to achieve their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect, contact, and present solutions to new prospective clients to generate advertising revenue
  • Manage the entire sales and service cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, servicing and retaining the business
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support and service to maximize customer loyalty
  • Data entry in multiple sales software systems for account management
  • Write marketing proposals and create PowerPoint presentations
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with all departments and support staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Marketing/sales background preferred
  • Ability to operate within company policies as outlined in the Gray Employee Handbook
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Demonstrated prospecting and presentation skills, strong client relationships, and meeting sales activity goals
  • Achieving budgeted revenue goals regularly
  • Initiative, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills
  • Team player within the sales department and throughout the organization
