Job Overview

Closets by Design California is a leading manufacturer of custom closets, home office furniture, and storage solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Factory Lead to join our production team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and hand tools to ensure efficient production.
  • Understand and adhere to company product lines, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met in the production process.
  • Maintain shop equipment and follow a regular maintenance schedule.
  • Understand and interpret daily cut lists to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Branch District Manager.

Requirements
  • Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented and quality-conscious individual.
  • Service-oriented and honest with a strong work ethic.
  • Preferred: Experience in the woodworking or cabinet making fields.
