About the Role

Sia Partners is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Business Leader in Cybersecurity to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic solutions, and leading a team of professionals in the cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Strategic Solutions: Develop and implement strategic solutions to address complex business problems, leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity and business acumen.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on cybersecurity and business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, originating sales pursuits, and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations, including NIST, ISO, and GDPR.
  • Ability to drive relationships with C-Suite executives and other senior leaders to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions.
  • Based in New York and eligible to work in the United States.
