Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst

About the Role:
The Lock Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Lock Desk by processing rate locks, rate lock changes, and extensions while adhering to rate lock policies.
This role requires strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing rate lock requests within the pricing engine and loan origination system
- Assisting Mortgage Operations and Sales with loan changes, repricing, and extension requests
- Researching competitors for price indications
- Verifying mortgage loan pricing to published rate sheets
- Preparing mortgage loan pipeline and production reports
