Mortgage Lock Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lock Desk Analyst to join our team at A+MORTGAGE. As a key member of our Secondary Marketing function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Lock Desk by processing rate locks, rate lock changes, and extension requests while adhering to and enforcing rate lock policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process rate lock requests within the pricing engine and loan origination system (LOS) in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist Mortgage Operations and Sales with loan changes, repricing, and extension requests
- Research competitors for price indications and verify mortgage loan pricing to published rate sheets
- Prepare various mortgage loan pipeline and production reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy
- Experience with Calyx Point and/or Optimal Blue is a plus
