The Executive Director is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home health provider. This role requires a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise the day-to-day operations of the provider, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Oversee the coordination of patient care services, including referral coordination, patient assessment, and plan of care development.
- Supervise and develop a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to provide high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the sales team to grow the business and develop new opportunities.
- Act as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.
- Registered nurse with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
