Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to review requirements and ensure that templates function according to client specifications.
  • Use your expertise in front-end web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, to convert InDesign artwork into interactive, customizable templates via our marketing technology platform.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and debug issues detected by QA or marKIT support.
  • Fix bugs and complete amendment requests for existing templates.
  • Understand and apply global rules to maintain consistency across delivered templates.
  • Actively participate in bi-weekly sprints, including planning and requirements meetings.
  • Leverage the capabilities of our platform to find efficiencies and streamline development.
  • Collaborate with our team of developers to share learnings, align on processes, and ensure work is on time and accurate.
  • Assist with creating and updating content pages within the marketing technology platform.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and complete projects accurately against tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills, platforms, and technologies.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and within a small team.
  • Attentive learner who can quickly absorb, apply, and retain knowledge of the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: BA/BS Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: Three (3) years of related professional work experience.
  • Experience with front-end web technologies (including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS) and user interfaces.
  • Experience with InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management software (ex. JIRA, Airtable).
  • Comfortable working in Mac OS.
  • Experience working with print and digital media.
