Bakery Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our bakery team at Rosauers Supermarkets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and other sweet treats. Your creations will delight our customers and help make their day a little brighter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Baking a diverse range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to the highest standards.
• Interacting with customers, providing excellent service, and ensuring they have a positive experience in our store.
• Packaging and presenting baked goods in a visually appealing way.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a baker or in a related role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
