- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, with a preference for experience in metal stamping and laser welding.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing engineering teams for equipment development.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in environments with noise and vibration.
- Adherence to safety regulations, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
