NEPW Logistics is seeking a skilled Paper Roll Converting Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-volume paper roll converting and packaging equipment to meet customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate paper roll converting and packaging equipment to produce high-quality products
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Industrial truck experience preferred
- Manufacturing product or industry experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
- Maximum lifting/carrying 50-60lbs
- Frequent lifting/carrying 10lbs
