NEPW Logistics is seeking a skilled Paper Roll Converting Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-volume paper roll converting and packaging equipment to meet customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate paper roll converting and packaging equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Industrial truck experience preferred
  • Manufacturing product or industry experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Maximum lifting/carrying 50-60lbs
  • Frequent lifting/carrying 10lbs
