Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing structural damage, fixing plumbing issues, and maintaining HVAC systems.
- Equipment Repair: Repair and maintain industrial machinery and equipment, including assembling, installing, and repairing as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and identify potential safety hazards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including MSDS and other facility records.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and other general office tasks as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year driving a forklift.
- Skills: Ability to bend, squat, kneel, walk/stand up to 4 hours, and push/pull up to 45 pounds; attention to detail.
