Country Manor Campus is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our team at the Rapid Recovery & Aquatic Center. As a key member of our Nurse Management team, you will oversee the operational function of the facility during 12 hour-NOC hours, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as part of the Nurse Management team and on behalf of Administration during the 12 hour-NOC hours
  • Oversee the overall operational function of the facility during the NOC hours
  • Act as a supervisory resource for nursing and support staff when their supervisor is out of the building on night shifts
  • Maintain positive and effective communication and relationships with the patients and their families
  • Communicate all pertinent information concerning resident care to Case Manager, Director of Nursing and/or Administration
  • Able to problem-solve, think critically, and take immediate corrective action if patient well-being or care is in jeopardy

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current license and be in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota
  • Must be CPR certified and have completed first aid training
  • Must have previous experience in nursing or other healthcare/medical fields
  • Experience with memory loss preferred, but not required
