Job Summary

Fusion Audio Video is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Senior AV Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining complex AV systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission AV systems, including control systems, conference rooms, and access control systems
  • Provide project management support to ensure successful project execution
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of AV systems and technologies
  • Lead and mentor less experienced technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development
Requirements
  • PCNA Certification (or comparable)
  • Avixa CTS Certification; CTS-I certification preferred
  • Crestron P-101 completion
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of integrating access control systems
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Biamp TesiraForte
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of automation systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and organized; multi-tasker
  • Self-motivated, task driven, and able to apply "best practices" theory
  • Strong problem-solving skills; creates in the field solutions
  • Ability to work 4/10 schedule
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to travel overnight for training and installations as needed
  • Maintains valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
  • Minimum 5 years AV field experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency using hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work on ladders, lifts and at high elevations
