Overview:

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Janitor to join our team at our beautiful senior living community in Dunedin, FL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident apartments, common areas, and other designated spaces. This includes using microfiber mops, small wringers, dusters, household type vacuum cleaners, and other necessary tools, products, and supplies.

Job Description:

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident apartments, common areas, and other designated spaces.
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces, floors, and equipment as needed.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and materials as required.
  • Perform daily trash removal and recycling duties.

Requirements:

This is an entry-level position that requires on-the-job training. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $15.75 - $18.00, with starting rate based on skills and experience.
