At Arrow Exterminators, a leading pest and termite control company, we are seeking a highly motivated Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Pest Control Specialist - Termite Bait Systems, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers by installing, inspecting, and maintaining Sentricon termite bait station systems.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Driver's License, and the ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams. No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training for the right individual.
As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing and inspecting customer Sentricon termite bait stations, finding installed stations with locator devices, inspecting and recording bait station condition and active or previous termite activity, repairing or replacing damaged or missing components, documenting service findings, and providing reports to customers. Your calm, helpful demeanor will put customers at ease as you devise and describe personalized solutions.
