Job Summary
As a Hospice Aide with Facility BRIDGING LIFE HOSPICE, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients in Carroll County. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide personal care and support to patients, ensuring their needs are met and their comfort is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the Registered Nurse.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Less than 2 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules and assignments.
