We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Cobb Hospital. This part-time role will involve working weekend shifts in our Oncology Department.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses to ensure a current and future qualified workforce.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 5 years of completion of an accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
