We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Program Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role will work closely with the Pharmacy Director to oversee HealthPlan operations and serve as a liaison between the PBM and HealthPlan. Key responsibilities include supporting formulary updates, preparing P&T materials, and providing training and education to other departments. As Curative continues to expand, we need adaptable professionals who can thrive in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of experience in Managed Care or PBM, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, collaborate effectively with team members, and communicate complex ideas clearly. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access, is also required.

Preferred qualifications include current Project Management certification. A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is also essential.

Bonus Responsibilities:

• Performs analytics and reporting data for leadership

• Works closely with Marketing to develop appropriate member communications

• Reviews and resolves complaints made by members and providers regarding formulary or pharmacy services

• Develops and manages pharmacy FAQ

• Supports the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee quarterly preparation and Meetings

• Evaluates opportunities for operational or process improvements

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
