  • FBW Toolbox Data: Develop and support the development of FBW toolbox data to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Cost Analyst Training: Conduct cost analyst training to production and non-production personnel to ensure effective cost management.
  • Cost-Plus EVM Data: Support the development of cost-plus EVM data to support business operations and decision-making.
  • 5-Year Execution and Planning Vision: Support the Business Operation Director with the development of a 5-year execution and planning vision.
  • Organizational Layout and Progression: Support the development of organizational layout and progression to ensure effective business operations.
  • Company-Wide Process Improvement Initiatives: Participate and provide direction for company-wide process improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum of 4-year advanced diploma.
  • Experience: Strong understanding of general production and non-production departmental requirements and processes.
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills.
