Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure optimal test coverage
  • Lead a team of test managers to build a high-performing team and drive consistency in approaches and artifacts

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Engineering, with a focus on the Financial industry and Credit Card Domain
  • Proven skills in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing
  • Experience with platform delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, TDD, and BDD
  • Core knowledge of tools such as HP Quality Center, Selenium, Unified Functional Test (UFT), and orchestrators like XL Release
  • Ability to work with Quality scanning tools, baseline and measure quality metrics, and display data via Dashboards
  • Test certifications, such as QAI, ASQ, IIST, ISEB, or ISTQB, are a plus
  • Strong technical experience in Mainframe, distributed systems, and programming languages like Python, Java, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in automation testing and debugging using tools like Selenium, POSTMAN, SOAP UI, and REST
  • Experience with continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and continuous testing (CT) capabilities, including tools like Jenkins, ARA, Rally, and JIRA
