About the JobThis is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 2+ years of experience in mechanical design.
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems, including creating detailed drawings and specifications.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate design options.
- Develop and test prototypes to ensure that designs meet performance requirements.
- Work with manufacturing and quality control teams to ensure that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technical staff on projects.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical design.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
