Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Administration Specialist to join our team. This role requires a skilled professional to coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and experience in construction administration, document production, and design.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid overtime, performance bonuses, profit sharing, work-life balance program, paid community service hours, annual team training, and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with project teams to develop construction documents and ensure compliance with design concepts.
- Review documents with designers for accuracy and completeness.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Licensure as an architect required.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction administration, document production, and design.
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
