We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for Service Solutions to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
Your Role
As a Sales Representative for Service Solutions, your primary objective will be to cultivate and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This involves actively listening to customer needs, providing value, and pursuing leads that foster growth for both our clients and our organization.
Your success will hinge on your customer-centric approach and your ability to identify the most fitting value propositions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic sales territory and identify new accounts and opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and seek innovative solutions to adapt to evolving customer needs.
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and transform them into cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with various teams to devise strategies for retaining or re-engaging lost customers.
- Conduct prospecting activities with targeted accounts and schedule future meetings to explore sales opportunities.
- Execute the sales process effectively to create value for customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and nurture contacts within each account.
- Prepare quotes for service offerings and plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service sales and systematic prospecting.
- Familiarity with compressed air systems or related technologies is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is required. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to prioritize customer needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage diverse workloads effectively.
- Proficient in using computers, CRMs, and database management tools.
