Position Overview:

As a vital member of the UCHealth team, the Registered Nurse in the Acute Care Unit plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care within a fast-paced environment. This position is located in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to improving lives through innovative healthcare practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including vital signs and anthropometric measurements.
  • Monitor patients closely, ensuring timely data collection and observation.
  • Administer medications and treatments via various routes including oral, IV, SQ, and IM.
  • Perform essential procedures such as IV insertion, phlebotomy, and ECG monitoring.
  • Assist in advanced research protocols and complex medical procedures.
