  6. Problem Resolution: Tackle complex challenges independently while recognizing when to seek help to ensure precision and efficiency.
  7. Client Support: Aid clients and team members in resolving issues and optimizing processes to boost productivity.
  8. Travel Requirements: Occasionally travel to client sites for assignments and educational opportunities.
Qualifications:
  1. Preferred: Current CPA licensure.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of audit experience in public accounting with a reputable firm.
  3. Proficient in QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
  4. Familiarity with job costing and construction accounting principles.
  5. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client engagement.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  8. Proactive problem-solving approach with a readiness to seek assistance when necessary.
  9. Commitment to supporting clients and team members in achieving success.
