Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to expectant mothers, facilitating safe deliveries, and ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby during the postpartum period.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to expectant mothers and newborns
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Monitor fetal and maternal health, identifying potential complications and taking appropriate action
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
  • 1+ year RN experience, with previous experience in Labor and Delivery or Postpartum preferred
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing
