Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital. As a CT Scan Technologist, you will be responsible for operating x-ray equipment to produce high-quality radiographs of various anatomical structures of the body.

Responsibilities

  • Reliably report to work as scheduled
  • Act as a role model for other employees within the department and organization
  • Maintain a professional, positive attitude towards co-workers, work, and organization
  • Follow the expectations described in the Employee Expectations of Performance
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Respond to phone calls, voice mail messages, and emails in a timely manner
  • Prioritize work flow to minimize patient waiting time
  • Complete HealthStream training as required
  • Adhere to "EMHS Code of Conduct" and applicable compliance policies/regulations
  • Work safely and follow all safety policies; report incidents or hazards immediately
  • Proper handwashing/gelling will be followed at all times
  • Keep continuing education requirements and necessary license current if applicable
  • Seek out ways to reduce operating costs or increase efficiency within role/department
  • Act in a cost-conscious manner with regard to use of supplies
  • Work regularly scheduled budgeted hours

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist
  • BLS certification

  • CT Technologist/Radiologic Technologist
