We are seeking a highly skilled RN, Registered Nurse Clinic Lead to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support duties to include assisting with department process improvement, back-up to the manager, maintain supplies, coordinate schedules and meetings, and participate in training/in-services for clinical staff.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality control standards (immunization logs, waived testing, drug sample logs, equipment sterilization logs, etc.).
- Patient Care: Resolve less complicated patient, staff, and physician issues.
- Staff Management: Assist with evaluating associate performance and recommends merit increases (manager disciplines).
- Compliance: Reports to the manager any associate non-compliance with approved policies.
- Scheduling: Monitors associate work schedule and PTO requests – maintain appropriate staff coverage.
- Referrals: Makes sure NCHD referrals are appropriate.
- Staffing: Assesses departmental staffing needs; actively participates in resourcing efforts.
- Confidentiality: Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Communication: Uses oral and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas in a clear, positive manner that is consistent with the CHRISTUS Mission.
- Policies and Procedures: Maintains established CHRISTUS Health policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control.
- CHRISTUS Health Mission: Implements job responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with the CHRISTUS Mission and Code of Ethics and supportive of CHRISTUS Health's cultural diversity objectives.

- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
- License: RN License in state of employment or compact
- Certification: BLS
