Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee various projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, budget adherence, and timely reporting.

This role requires someone with robust experience in real estate, site acquisition, and development, as well as land use planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on telecommunications infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and status reporting.
  • Prepare comprehensive project cost estimates, covering labor, travel, and equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance to the site acquisition team, focusing on real estate, site acquisition, land use planning, and construction management.
  • Maintain clear communication and reporting to clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Perform specialist duties related to site acquisition and travel to client sites as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of real estate acquisition, land use planning, and/or construction management experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Three years of project management experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service skills and/or strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of real estate principles, rules, and regulations, and contracts pertaining to the acquisition of right-of-ways, licenses, permits, and other land rights.
  • Computer literate, with intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to operate hand tools, such as GPS.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 10%.
  • Ability to work independently, in a team environment, and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's insurance carrier's criteria for coverage under the company's insurance policy.
