Position Overview
This role presents an excellent opportunity to delve into the steel, construction reinforcement, and ground stabilization sectors while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training related to relevant equipment
- Perform additional tasks as required
- Assist in loading fabricated rebar onto trailers and unloading stock materials
- Keep the workspace and equipment organized and clean
- Mentor and guide team members on proper equipment usage
- Operate production machinery following established protocols
- Engage in CMC Safety Programs and actively promote a safety-first culture
- Step in as leadman when necessary
- Operate rebar fabrication machinery, including shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, and welders.

Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to cross-train as needed
- Adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safe practices
- Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Capability to operate fabrication machinery independently
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to read technical documents and manuals
- Proficient in writing instructional training materials
- Familiarity with common industrial concepts and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for overtime as required
- Punctuality and strong work ethic are essential.

Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is preferred.
