This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, assembly, and grinding. You will work closely with our production team to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate steel components using MIG and TIG welding techniques
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials and finished products
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Use fixtures to hold assemblies in place for welding
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production deadlines
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in fabrication, including welding, cutting, assembly, and grinding
  • MIG welding experience with steel, including Butt Joint and T Joint welds
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Comfortable operating overhead cranes and forklifts
  • Experience using fixtures to hold assemblies in place
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a custom fabrication environment
  • Familiarity with vertical mills and grinders
