Enterprise Sales Representative

At TicketManager, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way companies entertain their clients and prospects. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth and success.
About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large enterprises, leveraging our industry-leading ticket and event management software to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive net-new business growth
- Collaborate with experienced team members to strategize and execute full-cycle sales processes
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at enterprise companies, planning and executing communication throughout the sales cycle
- Meet or exceed revenue targets, measured by ability to generate outbound interest and drive sales
- Coordinate networking opportunities and hold in-person meetings with decision-makers to build strong relationships with prospective clients
- Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure

- Track record of over-achieving quota and revenue targets
- Strong phone presence and confidence with cold outreach to C-Level executives
- Proficient with web presentation tools
- Experience working in a CRM and excellent organization skills
- Superb interpersonal skills with the natural ability to cultivate new relationships
- Strong listening skills and ability to speak with others in a public setting
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Coachable with a team player mentality
- Fear of complacency – eagerness to take on new responsibilities and grow
- 1-3+ years of work experience in a collaborative, data-driven environment
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent
