We offer integrated services across the continuum of care, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health, cognitive care, and telemedicine. Many of our skilled nursing facilities have achieved a 4 or 5-star overall rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Transportation Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker who enjoys transporting residents and working on the floor. Responsibilities include transporting residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed, confirming doctors' appointments, notifying family of arrangements, and monitoring daily documentation and filing.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Certified Nursing Assistant certification, current/active CPR certification, and a valid State Driver's License with no more than 3 entries. You should also be customer service oriented and able to work well under pressure. Additionally, you must have a clean driving record and be able to transport residents to and from appointments that may be as early as 4am.
