LGI Homes is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Professional to join our team in the Rock Hill area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, executing key marketing initiatives, and managing critical documentation through the home closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute key marketing initiatives to promote LGI Homes' products and services.
- Manage critical documentation, including home closing process and construction permitting tasks.
- Conduct daily data entry and reporting, and prepare weekly reports for management.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including but not limited to, answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong attention to accuracy.
