About the Role

Milliman is seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst to join their Tampa Health Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data analysis using Excel, SAS, R, and Python to assist with consulting for various health insurance work areas, including Medicare, Commercial / ACA, Medicaid, Pharmacy, and Provider.
  • Assist with consulting for other types of companies, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacy benefit managers, and others.
  • Review the work of peers, assist with research and product development, and make strong progress through the actuarial exams.
About Milliman

Milliman is a leading expert in healthcare financing and delivery. We advise clients on a wide range of issues, from assessing the impact of healthcare reform to streamlining operations and advancing patient care.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • At least two actuarial exams passed.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an actuarial role.
